The "Identity and Citizenship" Academy launches the "Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management

The Emirates Academy for Identity and Citizenship today announced the launch of the Professional Diploma Program in Human Resources Management, being the first accredited professional diploma to be offered in the ICA. Goal of the program is to provide its employees with the best aspects of knowledge and practical skills that contribute to developing their capabilities, improving their knowledge, and enhancing their performance and To achieve the sustainable development goals (4) quality education The program, approved by the National Qualifications Center, incorporates three basic modules: Health and Safety, Communication and Social Responsibility, Citizenship and Six Specialized modules in Human Resources. The program consists of 10 continuous units of study that make up a total of 36 credit hours, apart from the applied training for a period of seven months. The number of participants in the first batch of the program was 20 trainees from the ICA employees of both sexes.
