Goal 4

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has recently achieved great successes in terms of realizing sustainable development objectives, especially those related to quality education, innovation and economic growth, all through the Federal Government's electronic learning portal "Al Mawrid", one the Authority's strategic projects. The Authority launched Al Mawrid portal at the end of 2019, to be an important training tool for Federal Government employees, especially during Covid-19 era, which shifted the focus towards virtual learning and training. Al-Mawrid is a real success story, as it has been providing training programs to tens of thousands of Federal Government employees, enabling them to develop their knowledge, abilities, as well as personal, behavioral and technical skills. In just 10 months, more than 82,000 employees from ministries and federal entities visited the portal, which indicates that it is the largest interactive platform for training and e-learning in the United Arab Emirates.
